Insert Data in Prestashop

Dear All,

I meet a problem in Prestashop (E-Commerce), I want to insert data by coding and get the value from input form on Front End. But I can't insert it. I just follow the code that insert data from input form in the back end but now it still not show something.

So I would like to know who understand the process or ever develop on this point. Can you guy me? I am looking forwards to hearing from you as soon as possible.
