នៅក្នុង ឱកាស ចូលឆ្នាំមមី ឆស័ក ព.ស. ២៥៥៨  ព្រះនាង គោរាគ:ទេវី ដែលជាបុត្រីទី២ របស់ ព្រះកបិល មហា ព្រហ្ម នឹងយាងមកទទួលដំណែង រក្សាលោក បន្តពីព្រះនាង ដាទុង្ស:ទេវី ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ ឆ្នាំចាស់, នៅថ្ងៃចន្ទ ,១៥ កើត , ខែចេត្រ, ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃ ទី ១៤ ខែ មេសា ឆ្នាំ ២០១៤, វេលាម៉ោង ៨ និង ២៤នាទីព្រឹក។

ក្នុងនាម ចលនា ខ្មែរម្ចាស់ស្រុក ទាំងអស់នៅជុំវិញពិភពលោក ខ្ញុំសូមឆ្លៀតឱកាសដ៏មហោឡារិកនេះ ដើម្បី ប្រសិទ្ធីពរ បវរសួរស្តី ជូនដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរទាំងអស់ ដែលកំពុងតែរស់នៅ​ក្នុង ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា សព្វថ្ងៃក្តី ឬ ក៏  រស់នៅលើទឹកដី អតីតមហានគរ​ ខ្មែរ រទាំងអស់ក្តី  សូមបងប្អូនរួមជាតិ ទទួលនូវ សេរីមង្គល វិបុលសុខ គ្រប់ប្រការ ពីយើងខ្ញុំ ជាពិសេស ទទួលបាន

Mes très respectés et bien aimés compatriotes khmers,

A l'occasion du jour du Nouvel An qui inaugure l’année du « Cheval », de la sixième décennie de l’an 2558 de l'ère bouddhiste, la Princesse Gardienne Goragak Devi, deuxième fille de Kabil Moha Brahm, descend pour prendre la place de sa sœur la Princesse Datungsa Devi, gardienne de l’an passé, celui du "Serpent", le lundi, à la pleine lune, le mois d'été de Chèt, qui débute le  14 a vril 2014 à 08:24 matin.

Au nom du Mouvement Khmer M'Chas Srok (KMS) dans le monde, je voudrais profiter de cette occasion éminente pour souhaiter à tous nos compatriotes khmers habitant dans le Cambodge actuel ou dans l'ancien Grand Empire Khmer, de recevoir la bénédiction du vrai bonheur et de la sécurité, en particulier celle de la vraie justice, de la liberté et de la paix.

On the occasion of the New Year, the Year of the "Horse", the Sixth Decade (Chhor Sak), Buddhist Era 2558, Guardian Princess Goragak Devi, the second daughter of Kabil Moha Brahm, descends to replace her sister Guardian Princess Datungsa Devi for the Yesteryear of the "Snake", on Monday, the full moon, the summer month of Chet, which is April 14, 2014, at 8:24 A.M.

 

On behalf of Khmer M’Chas Srok Movement (KMS) worldwide, I would like to take this august opportunity to wish all of Khmer compatriots, whether you live in the present-day Cambodia or in the ancient Great Khmer Empire, to be blessed with real happiness and security, especially with real justice, freedom and peace.
