I am writing below brief about the Exposure visit of Grameen Aloe Producer
Company Limited (GAPCL).
Participants (20) would be reach Patna on August 3, 2011-evening around
3:00 pm by NDLS-BGP Express and catch the return train on August 7, 2011
morning at 10 am from Patna to New Delhi.
Exposure Team would be led by Mr. B.N.Tiwari Coordinator, Grameen
Development Services, Rajasthan. His contact No. is 09413950135,
09828382341. Mr. Sunil Kumar, senior member of GDS is coordinating the
exposure related all arrangements. His contact No. is 09636221520.
Program Schedule during the visit:
4th August: Evening reaching Khagaria.
5th August:
9:30 am � start journey for Ollapur, Gangour
10:30 � 1:30 am: meeting with board of Directors, Shareholders and CEO of
the company.
1:30 � 2:30 pm: Lunch
2:30 � 3:30 pm: to understand legal & financial system.
3:30 � 4:30 pm: to understand the business and its modalities and
documentation procedures.
4:30 � 4:45 pm: Vote of thanks.
4:45 � 5:00 pm: Start journey for Chandrapura, Gangour
5:00 � 6:00 pm: Seed production plot visit at Chandrapura, Gangour
6:00 pm: start journey for Khagaria
6th August:
8:00 � 9:30 am: complete if anything remain on 5th discussion.
9:30 � 1:30: Travel to Patna
I request the following members of DPCU to coordinate the following
activities-
� Mr. Prem Narayan: Accommodation for the patcipants at Khagaria from 4th
evening to 6th morning
� Mr. Samir Kumar: Accompany participants from Patna Junction Rail Station
to Khagaria.
� Mr. Pawan Kumar, Miss Deepa Gupta, Mr. Ajay Kumar: Welcoming of
Participants and accompany them at Khagaria during the exposure visit.
� Concern CCs and ACs of Gangour Cluster: Ensuring the participation of
SHG members of Simra, Chandrapura, Ollapur, Chhakipar. Coordinate the
Community Lunch at the premises of Producer Company.

scheduled exposure visit.
Apart from the above mentioned names, I request all the members of DPCU
Khagaria to contribute their valuable time for the success of the proposed
