It has been decided to conduct the Monthly district meeting on 7th May’11(Saturday). { Venue: DPCU Khagaria, Time: 10:00 AM }

 

Participants: BPMs (in-charges) along with any one AC, All thematic managers, CE-Producer company, All Training Officers, Livelihood specialist, DPCU office assistant, Mr. Somnath Nath (Process monitoring), Mr. Prem Lal (MIS), Mr. R. S. Singh (MF), Mr. Sailesh (Finance), Mr. Uma Shanker (Finance), Mr. Ravi (Dairy).

 

All the BPM (BPM-incharges) and training cell must submit the reports mentioned below to Prem (DPCU-OA) by 6th evening.

 

Session1: Confirmation of reports (10:00AM- 11:00AM)

1.      Admin. and Financial Reports

a.       Interim Un-audited Financial Report (IUFR)

b.      Manpower report

c.       Salary statement and staff absentee Report

d.      Computer report

e.       Monthly status of field offices

2.      Programme Related Report

a.       Monthly Planning and Progress Report (MPPR)

b.      Microfinance Report

c.       Training Report

d.      Food Security and HRF Report

e.       Other  Reports

Session2: Major issues on reports

1.      Block-wise Presentation on Progress (by BPMs, -incharges) (Khagaria => 11:00 AM-11:45 AM; Alouli => 11:55AM – 12:40 PM; Chouttam => 12:45PM – 01:30PM)

a.       Target V/S Achievement, rectification of errors

b.      Major issues in achievement/Gaps

c.       Strategy of action for next year plan

Lunch Break: 01:30 PM-02:30PM

 

2.     Thematic wise presentation (by Thematic managers) & CE-Producer company (02:30 PM- 04:30PM)

 

Session3: Presentation by representative of Support Agencies (04:30PM – 07:00PM)

Representatives of all support agencies need to present the work done during financial year 2010-11 and in April’11.
