Dear BPMs/ In-charge
As discussion in state communication meeting, we are going to initiate four specific assignments: Communication Need Assessment, Developing module for Behavior Change Communication & ToT, Process Documentation Training, Developing Culture as Livelihoods and our other communication works ( i.e. Wall Painting, VO signage Board, VO Suchna Patal, Community cadre Identity Cards, Case Study/ Success story, Help line centre etc) in all jeevika blocks of Khagaria District. A detailed discussion and meeting on these assignments and all communication works is planned in DPCU office on 22th October 2011 at 10.00 AM in the presence of DPM. During this meeting, apart from discussion on these assignments, we will be finalizing the activities to be done at block level under Communication as envisaged in AAP.
All Area Coordinators with one Community Coordinator each are requested to attend the meeting. Please come prepared with the various assignments as described activities under the AAP (Communication) part with their timeline and steps required. I hope all the BPMs/ In-charge are cooperates, insure and inform officially to all ACs to attend the meeting. its very important. The copy of meeting minutes is sending via e-mail to all BPMs/ In-charge. Thanks.
