I am writing below brief about the Exposure visit of Grameen Aloe Producer
Company Limited (GAPCL) set up by ARAVALI & GDS in Jawaja, Ajmer

Grameen Aloe Producer Company Limited (GAPCL) set up by ARAVALI & GDS in
Jawaja, Ajmer during the implementation of UNDP funded Social Mobilization
around Natural Resource management for Poverty Alleviation (SMP) Project
from 2004 to 2007. �Jeevika Mahila Agri Producer Company Limited,
Khagaria (Bihar)� has been finalized for the exposure of GAPCL members on
the basis of written communication with Debaraj Sir.

Expected Participants of GAPCL:
1. Directors & Shareholder of GAPCL � 12
2. Regional Coordinator, ARAVALI � 1
3. Project Coordinator, GDS � 1
4. Program Manager, Innovation Fund Project � 1
5. Executive Marketing, Innovation Fund Project � 1
6. Executive Agriculture, Innovation Fund Project - 1
7. Plant Incharge, Innovation Fund Project � 1
8. Women staff from GDS � 1
9. Community Sahayak (Selected), Innovation Fund Project � 3
Total: 22 participants

Program Schedule during the visit:
4th August: Evening reaching Khagaria. Visit to seed production plot. (if
time permit)
5th August:
9:30 am � 12:30: meeting with board of Directors, Shareholders and CEO of
the company.
12:30 � 1:30: to understand legal & financial system.
1:30 � 2:30: Lunch
2:30 � 4:30: to understand the business and its modalities
4:30 � 6:30: to know documentation procedures.
6:30 � 6:45: Vote of thanks.
6th August
8:00 � 9:30 am: complete if anything remain on 5th discussion.
9:30 � 1:30: Travel to Patna

Arrangement required
� Accommodation at Khagaria from 4th evening to 6th morning � 11 double
sharing rooms.
� Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner during exposure.
� They will bear the all cost of exposure.
� The room rent limit is Rs. 1000/- and lunch, breakfast, dinner is Rs.
300/- to Rs. 400/-

Therefore I request all the members of DPCU Khagaria to contribute their
valuable time for the success of the proposed Exposure visit of the
members of Grameen Aloe Producer Company Limited (GAPCL) set up by ARAVALI
& GDS.
