Exposure Visit plan in Khagaria District:

07/08/11 Alouli	SRI plot Visit in  village	Meeting with SHG member	Meeting with VRP and Livelihood Committee members
08/08/11 Alouli	Meeting with village Organization	Intraction with Vermi Compost & moong seed producer farmers.	Meeting with DCS member
09/08/11 Khagaria sadar	Visit in Producer company and their Field activity.	Intraction with BOD members of producer company , Paddy, Moong seed producer farmer.	Meeting at DPCU and end of the visit.

 

Proposed Budget for exposure visit in Khagaria District:

Fooding and Lodging  expense per member per day	Travelling expense one Vehicle hiring Charges per vehicle per day with in 50 Km	Exposure Fee charges in one Village organization	Exposure Fee charges in Producer Company	Exposure fee Charges in one SHG

Dear Alok,

 

This is in reference to the three day exposure visit (07 August to 9^th august 2011) being conducted for the JSLPS, Jharkhand State Livelihoods Promotion Society, Pakur distt. Jharkhand. Please ensure that all the staff at BPIU will remain present during the exposure visit of the concerned Project. Please cancel all the leaves except the emergency one which is expected to be during the period of 06 August to 9^th august 2011.
