Dear All,

 

Please see the trailing mail. It has been decided at this end that UC of already disbursed Group establishment material has to be ensured at district by Finance Manager. After that all block will raise indent according to Group Establishment Policy and IB-CB cell of district will collate all the indent and sent it to State with cc to Procurement section for approval from a competent authority.

 

Please ensure its timely execution as Group establishment material at VO and SHG needs to be given for their strengthening.

Please find the status of group establishment material for SHGs and VOs of BPIUs. The utilization certificate of the same is still due from the concerned BPIUs. All the concerned BPMs are requested to submit the Utilization Certificate of the group establishment materials ASAP.

 

The promptness in this regard will be appreciated.

Pl.forward the attachment to all the concerned BPMs and DFM/Block Accountants and ask them to submit the utilization certificate (UC) of fund transferred to them for group establishment material for VOs and SHGs. It should be followed in monthly meeting also.

Please find the status of SHGs and VOs material procurement detail (as attached) of both the round (round 1 & round 2). The utilization certificate (UC) in this regard has not been found from any district so far.
