Please ignore the earlier ppt format for district presentation.

The attached format for presentation will be final for 2moro.

Other than this, there will be one more session in DPCU Monthly meeting
which is "Training on administrative , financial, & statuary system of VO".
Ritesh Sir (PM IB) will take this session in after noon on the 14 Oct. 11 .
it has been fixed by verbal conversation with him & Mr. Santosh - TO.

Dear Colleagues,

As the trailing mail, the scheduled district meeting is on 14th Oct'11. All
the respective BPMs/Incharges with atleast one AC, thematic managers, OA
(DPCU) are expected to be present at 8:45 Am, as the presentation on
prescribed format (attached) will start from Sharp 9:00 AM.

Presentation will be as follows:
1. Khagaria (BPIU)
2. Chautham
3. Alouli
4. Thematic wise (training cell, Livelihood, SD, MF, Com, M&E, JOBs,
Finance): All the thematic are requested to prepare their presentation as
per need.
5. COMFED (presentation by Mr. Ambuj and Mr. Jitendra) 6. Mr. Basant will
present his experience and expectations.

Mr. Prem (OA) need to inform all by telephone and arrange the meal.

Note: The presentation theme (color) can be change by end user.
