How to Refer your Buddy

[ 1 ] Create buddy's profile   Go to Ultimatix > WorkForce Management  > Global Recruitment System > Referrer Home > Create Buddy Profile.

[ 2 ] Ask buddy to confirm profile Your buddy needs to log on to http://www.careers.tcs.com (using the EPIR number and password mailed to your buddy)and confirm the profile.

[ 3 ] Ask buddy to fill Online Application form and upload resume Post confirmation of profile, your buddy needs to fill the application form and upload  resume.
