Roads  are not good,
drainage  sysytem is totally fail
no technical education

I Can understand that you are so much worried about the kherli development and have faced so difficulties there, But we really make you believe that every thing will be alright with the time.

Because every development done with proper planning, understanding and timings...this is all about the whole kherlians trust and faith it can never break.

Ajay raised right point but i think in addition to that there is another Major problem .

 

Sewerage System

 

in entire kherli all Gali can be found filled with Solid Waste.

even the central govt is giving finacial aid to provide better Sewerage fascility for that we need to generate Political pressure so that fund can be availed for it.

First of all, Thanks for making our KHERLI globally available on Internet by making a site :)

 

I just got to know about this group for Kherli people and also about your CONCERN for kherli's development. As you now It has been more than 4 years since we choose our chair person(Mrs Sheela Devi). I just wanted to make you in notice for below given points:

 

1. Poor situation of roads. Infact, I would say very poor situation.

2. Electicity condition

3. Water problem

4. Roads'corners are filled with waste 

5. Hardly you find any dustbin at public place and last but not the least Sewerage system about which Manoj has already told you.

 

I really sometimes feel bad that condition of Kherli is getting worst :( :(

 

I hope there would be some reply.

I really appreciate your email to bring this out  in my notice and also your all concern which you have raised in this email.

By looking your email it seems that you want to take my help in order to improve Kherli's condition / development.           

If all your concern are true which you have raised in your prior email  then I will really feel good to help in this matter and also try to involve as per my time limitation & absence there.

If you are really worried about the Kherli situation and want to develop Kherli as you want then we  have to do something which is realistic and also  follow according to process to convey this message to the appropriate person who actually needs to be take care for these all these concerns you have raised.

 

Also I think before to take it forward with the appropriate person we should have all information handy to discuss each and every points in detail with evidence as well.

 

In your this email I found very high level information. Can you please put some effort to make a detail note about each and every concern/points you have mentioned above  including area name / Ward no. / with  some photographs of those concern areas where you want some improvements.

Please let me know once it's done I will let you know about what  next to be done according to convey this message to the next level.

Currently I am not at my home so not be able to take any photograph of broken roads and galli(backside to my home which is filled with waste and litter water) in my colony (I wish I could have taken some pics on my last visit ). I will be there on Diwali only.

 

I think there is no need to give you any proof for common problems which are all over in kherli like electricity, waste management, dustbins at public places and most important Sewerage system.

 

Some areas which I can name are Gurjar Mohalla, Narsingh colony.

Regarding posting some pics of affected areas, As currently I am not at my home so will not be able to provide you any pic(I wish I could have taken some pics on my last visit) of broken roads and galli(behind my home which is filled with dirty water and waste) in my colony. I will be there on Diwali only.

 

Other than broken roads I have raised concern for electricity, waste management, dustbins at public places. For these problems I don't think there is any need to provide you any proof. You must be knowing about it whenever you visit to Kherli.

 

Here are some areas which I can name: Gurjar Mohalla, Narsingh Colony.

It's a huge list of problems and I can keep listing them, but that will of no use. And everyone knows about these problems and they are quite evident.

My intent is not to blame anyone but to bring these problems out for an open discussion. I think citizens of Kherli lack will and enthusiasm to improve the condition. I would say, along with the political class, people of Kherli are equally responsible for the condition.

Everyone knows how elections are conducted and how money is distributed during the elections. We cannot expect the members to be fully honest and work for the betterment of people.

On the other hand, people of Kherli, as residents, don't care about sanitation. People litter and spit everywhere. Children defecate in public places. The mantra is to keep your house clean and everything else dirty. I also believe people are not very much educated about these issues. And they are content with the things.

If we really want to improve the condition, we'll have to educate the people first. I would ask the members of this forum to provide pragmatic ideas and suggestions that can be implemented. Moreover, residents would be able to provide real solutions to the problems.

Neeraj, we do expect your full cooperation on these issues, as you are the one who can bring these issues to the notice of the municipality members.

Hi All,

I do agree with Punit's points. For making our Kherli clean we have to start from our self. We have to educate people around us like family members, neighbors, friends. I know in starting they would not be agree to this approach. They might make a fun of us(It had happened with me when I put chocolate wrapper inside my bag's side pocket while traveling with my cousin). But I am sure after some time they will also understand this problem and help us.

Also, as we all know that most of the youth of Kherli is staying away to their home. So whenever people visit their home like on Holi and Diwali, We can start some campaign to educate the people or something which can be helpful.

All the members of this group please give some suggestion.

As you said problems are with kherli and you are not currently available in kherli , I hope your family members must be available in kherli at present as they are facing some problems with dirty water & wastage. why can't your family members can take snap or discuss with directly your ward members or they had already discussed with ward member & ward member is not helping you out? If still your family members or you didn't make aware to your ward member then requesting you guys talk to him/her first.

After that also if you won't get positive response then let us know your House no./Ward no./ Ward member name ( to whom you asked to resolve the Issue) we will surely take care and will contact to ward member why he didn't listen you guys.

But just one question :
When you didn't get my full cooperation on any Issues?
Why do you think that I am the one who can bring these issues to the notice of municipality members ?

If you remember, In past also I was also the part of all get together & meeting to discuss in these areas of improvements with you guys, This time also you will get my full support and coordination. Let me know final conclusion of  your discussion's & meetings of get together  on Diwali. I would really feel good if I can help in this matter any ways but with in certain limit and by following the process.

On your email just want to give one suggestion to you and all the members who are going to join this get together / meeting.

Suggestion :

In earlier also many get together were planned and organized but couldn't found any outcome of the same.  Personally I would say "these  Get-together's  are  good platform to meet /handshake with all peoples who are the working/studying out of kherli".

But to motivate you guys I would say " Yes this Get-together will be best in comparison of the get-together done in past  and definitely will bring a new change in kherli."

Please let me know if any coordination/support need at my end. I would really miss this get together as I may not be able to join  on this Diwali due to unavailability in kherli.
