Good to see you (Bob) today.
It's also about growing edibles and in gardens visibly too - that's why (if not in planters on High Street) in front of community centre would be good.
Please let me know how conversation with Alys goes and let's start planning events, workshops, consultation about KHCC Garden in the garden. I think it's essential we start engaging all people at the earliest stage of planning if we want them to be a part of it and continue looking after the garden.

I don't really think the planters are suitable for growing "edibles" and
despite all the efforts of the KHTI planter carers I don't think that I
would want to eat what's grown in them (judging by the amount of
rubbish, cigarette butts etc that gets dumped in them).
But I'm all for trying to identify sites in Kings Heath where we could
grow edibles for use locally.
