1. Called KHB office. The normal helpline number 9448671002 is no
longer functional. He will ask you to call 22273511 xtn: 307/355.
Nobody picked up despite 5-6 attempts
2. Finally when somebody picked up was informed that there is going to
be a lottery - they are waiting for govt notification
