Problem accessing Mastery and submitting problem report

I tried to enter this on the report a problem page. The submit icon is greyed out and will not allow me to submit.

I can't open the Mastery problems on my dashboard. Is anyone else having these problems, and does anyone know if there is something I can do to remedy this?

program will let me do Learn activities, but will not let me do Mastery problems for the past 2 days. When I click on the Master button nothing happens

 

 

What happened that you didn't expect? I didn't expect it NOT to open the Mastery problem

What were you trying to do when the problem occurred and how often is this
problem occurring?
past two days, trying to do the Mastery math challenges when I go to my dashboard

If you reload the page and do the exact same action again, what happens?

reloading just returns it to the same page, with the same result when I try to click on Mastery.
What browser and version are you using?

 

Please provide any additional information below.
I don't have this problem with other online programs or web pages, including shopping pages and my banking page, so I really think it's your program, and not my computer.
