Open a new window to about:blank

I am trying to find a method to open a new window such that I may display some (copy/paste) code to the user.

While I seem to be able to get a handle to a window object, it does not open a new window, nor show an alert message.

Both of these can be made to work offline, but they fail at KA.

Anyone got a working method to do either (window or alert) of these?

These fail offline because KA has been trying to block this. A link() function is coming soon, but you're getting close-ish.

To write things that can be copied/pasted, you can always use println().
