Download winrar for linux from here:
32-bit: http://www.rarlab.com/rar/rarlinux-3.9.b2.tar.gz
64-bit: http://www.rarlab.com/rar/rarlinux-x64-3.9.b2.tar.gz
extract this archive, and copy two files - 'rar' and 'unrar' to /usr/bin
(you need root privileges to do this)
Then right click on any archive, click Extract Here and it would get
extracted just like it is a tarball or zip file

Why? Use your distro package manager to install rar, unrar. In Fedora, do:
sudo yum install unrar

Shouldn't it be rarlinux, winrar is windows version.
