# Rules and Regulations
The event has two rounds - prelim and finals.
* Prelims:
1. The prelim will consists of MCQ type questions.
2. There is negative marking of 1/3rd marks allotted to every question.
3. The results of prelim will be announced the same day.
* Finals:
1. Each team will be given a computer in which they will have to solve the given questions by programming in C.
2. The compiler to be used - GCC (GNU C Compiler)
3. The teams will be given programming problems which they will have to solve within the given time slot.
4. The Teams can bring any books or materials (i.e, open book coding).
5. The Teams can code in any IDE (eclipse, codeblocks, etc) or the terminal. The teams can ask for basic help in this regard.
# Group Size
Maximum 2 Participant(s) per Group
Minimum 1 Participant(s) per Group
# Judging Parameters
* Prelims:

2. Code cracker - a fully automated online programming contest judge system will be implemented for judging the programs.
