Login as superuser to fedora while grub menu has a password

If dont know the grub password, then how can I login to that machine
as superuser....

Doesn't imply that you do not know the root password. If you know it
you can log in from the terminal after booting. If you do not know
then no luck.

If we dont know root password then we can login as root user if grub is not password protected
if grub is password protected then also we can break grub password. I dont know the procedure to break grub password. I want to know that procedure...
Does any one know this..?

Boot into "rescue" mode using a live / boot media, mount the root
partition, edit grub config and remove the password line, save and
reboot.
