Project announcement: Sailfish

Hi,

We are happy to announce a new open-source project: Sailfish.
Sailfish tries to improve upon existing DISC frameworks along the
dimensions of performance, auto-tune functionality, and elasticity.
Sailfish contains modifications to Hadoop-0.20.2 and builds on our KFS
work.
