Newbie Question around page security & roles

Hi,

I'm an absolute newb considering exploring the MEAN stack & have come across Keystone.JS.

My previous experience is with Dotnet Nuke (DNN).

Question is does Keystone.JS have custom user roles that can be assigned to a user that has an expiry date. In addition these roles determine what pages get displayed to a user?
