admin save error 400 bad request with iOS

Hi all,

I'm having this issue only with iOS and any browser on it (Safari, Chrome, Firefox), Android and PC/Mac working fine

- installed latest keystone beta

- created a model with many CloudinaryImages fields

- added new model via admin page

- tap on save, button becomes "saving" indefinitely

by inspecting with Safari Web Inspector on mac, I find these errors:

[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400 () (5b043b96cdd5c749d2281f1c, line 0)

[Error] InvalidStateError: The object is in an invalid state.

the same procedure works fine with Android browser or any other client.
