Previous school transcripts are transcripts that were submitted to this university for admission purposes or to claim credit for coursework taken elsewhere. You may be able to order unofficial copies of your transcripts from other schools submitted to UT Austin.
You may authorize a third party (proxy) to order or pick up your unofficial record (at the Texas One Stop) by completing our proxy authorization form. The proxy may come to the Texas One Stop on the ground floor of the Main Building (the Tower) on 110 Inner Campus Drive. See Visit Texas One Stop for office hours and visiting procedures.
If you are unable to order in person or by proxy, an unofficial UT transcript or previous school transcript can be mailed to you. Please send an email to trans...@austin.utexas.edu for instructions on how to place this order. In the email, include your UT EID, if known, and your full name on record.

An official transcript is one that has been sent directly from DSCC to the receiving college, business, institution, or person. An official transcript copy cannot be issued to a student. Official transcripts are printed on official transcript (blue and white) paper. It must bear college seal and the signature of the Registrar and Director of Admissions and Records. Electronic transcripts are considered official if delivered securely through the National Student Clearinghouse. Official transcripts are required for transfer to another college or university. Official transcripts are also provided to confirm education for professional employment opportunities, teacher or nursing licensure and other credential verification.
Unofficial transcripts are those issued for use by the student for their personal use. Unofficial transcripts cannot be used to transfer to another college or university. Current students may login to MyDSCC and click on Student Records and then Academic Transcript to display your unofficial transcript. If you are not a current student, we recommend using the DSCC Transcript Request form to obtain a free copy of your DSCC unofficial transcript.

It must bear the embossed or raised college seal, date and the Registrar's signature. Electronic transcripts are considered official if delivered securely through an organization authorized by NMU. Transcripts received that do not meet these requirements should not be considered official and should be routinely rejected for permanent use.
Official transcripts are provided in a sealed envelope with the registrar's signature stamped across the seal. Paper copies should remain in the unopened, sealed envelope until it is presented to the employer, institution or scholarship provider. Northern Michigan University will issue official transcripts to the student.

The Office of the Registrar does not issue unofficial transcripts, however, your unofficial transcript can be accessed in your MyInfo account. If you attended Montana State University after 1989 you have access to My Info. MyInfo allows access to personal information such as transcripts, class schedules, grades, financial aid packages, and pay stubs. You may access MyInfo from anywhere and at any time, even if you are no longer a student at MSU.
The unofficial transcript contains a comprehensive record of academic information including: coursework, grades, credit hours, grade point average, academic program information, DePaul equivalents of transfer and test credit, instructor names, advisor names and DePaul degrees earned.
Unofficial transcripts may only be obtained from the Registrar's Office. Unofficial transcripts cannot be ordered online.Five copies per day is available free of charge. Unofficial copies are printed on regular blank white paper, and may be photocopied should you require additional unofficial copies. As unofficial transcripts are printed on plain white paper, they are not available to be received via email. They may be picked up in person or delivered by mail only.
Visit the Registrar's Office during business hours and present a photo ID to the Registrar window staff.
Requests to mail your transcript are processed within three to five business days of receipt.
You may submit your Unofficial Transcript Request by email, however your unofficial transcript will still be produced on plain white paper and delivered by mail. Emailed or electronic copies of your unofficial transcript are not available. Currently enrolled students may view their unofficial transcripts by visiting StudentAccess.
Prior to placing your order, review your unofficial transcript to confirm that your GPA and/or degree have posted to your record. No refund will be provided if your order is fulfilled before GPAs and/or degrees appear on your transcript.
Under the following circumstances, you should NOT request a transcript through National Student Clearinghouse:
Order a paper or electronic file of your official transcript through our online vendor, Parchment. Login to Parchment to order an official transcript with your UMN Internet ID. If you're a former student, you may need to create a Parchment account.
Official transcripts are free unless you are a "dual enrolled" by the State of Minnesota (e.g., College in the Schools, post-secondary enrollment options). For dual enrolled students, transcripts are $15.
During the online ordering process, search for your mailing destination and select the appropriate destination if it appears. You will have the opportunity to upload documents with your order. If your destination does not appear, you will not be able to include the required information with your order. You could opt to send a paper transcript, or send the documents to their destination separately.
If you need to request a transcript on a student's behalf, fill out an order for an official transcript. The form requires information about the student and their consent to authorize a transcript release. Follow the instructions on the form to submit it. You must pay fees with a credit or debit card.
A paper transcript is "official" only as long as it remains in its sealed white envelope. Do not open the sealed envelope if you are forwarding your transcript to another party (an institution, employer, or another person). Open the envelope only if you have ordered the transcript for personal use. Multiple paper transcripts (each in its own sealed white envelope) sent to a single address will be enclosed in a manila envelope that can be opened.
On the Twin Cities campus from Fall 1972 through Summer 1977 and on the Morris campus from Fall 1972 through Summer 1985, the official University transcript included only positive academic achievements. Courses in which the student received a grade of N or a registration symbol of I or W did not appear on the transcript.
A transcript is a record of student achievement at the University of Washington and classes taken at any UW campus will appear on one transcript. The University of Washington has partnered with Parchment to accept and process online orders for official transcripts for all three UW campuses. Students, former students, and alumni are able to order official transcripts 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. Official transcripts can be sent electronically or mailed in hard-copy format. Official transcripts are not available for in-person pickup.
