I know that Cube Entertainment owns the right to the name "BEAST" which is why they're called Highlight now in the first place. On Weekly Idol, they did a 2X speeddance to "Fiction" and they kept calling it a "BEAST cover dance" which led me to wonder - would Highlight still be able to perform songs like "Shock" or "Fiction" in concert, or do their songs as BEAST belong to Cube as well?

Hello! I know this topic has been discussed in some other posts, but I wanted to figure out all the Battle Beast and Beast in Black (basically Anton Kabanen's ) songs wich have relation or are based on Berserk. And no, not all of them are. He has written three types of songs, berserk-based, personal or oneshoot stories and a cyberpunk story he has created with the main character being the "beast", usually confused with berserk ones. I have read a lot of interviews, lyrics and comments from other people and this is my Spotify playlist of Berserk songs: =Hun3opZ2TX-m8REjXV0Q7g

In most of this songs I am 100% sure that they are related to berserk. Maybe one or two I am at 80%. If you don't agree on someone or do you think i have missed anything let me know, but be careful with spoilers!

My parents are 47 and 48 years old. I can't find good songs for them to play that are easy (difficult) and they would like so like, not anime, movie, serie related. If anyone has found something that I could let them play pls tell me. I really want then to try it but they always talk about how they don't like that "loud" "harsh" music and that they just want the music that they like. I don't really care, queen, Elton john, rolling stones, the Beatles. Pls I need help with finding something on Beast saber!

I think that I have to face the fact that I dont like beasts music anymore. I truly believe that , at this point of their career, they are actually releasing the kind of music that they want to and it has a level of quality. The problem here is that I had to make an effort to like this album, when I pretty much enjoyed most of their discography prior to 2014.

Beast is the soundtrack composed by Anirudh Ravichander for the 2022 Tamil-language film of the same name directed by Nelson; starring Vijay and Pooja Hegde, the film is produced by Kalanithi Maran under the studio Sun Pictures. The film, under the tentative title Thalapathy 65 (referring to the actor's 65th film project), initially had S. Thaman reported to score for the film. In a turn of events, the makers roped in Anirudh for the production of songs and film score.[1] This film eventually marked Anirudh's third collaboration with Vijay after Kaththi (2014) and Master (2021), and with Nelson after Kolamaavu Kokila (2018) and Doctor.[2]

The album was initially reported to have 5 songs, along with theme tracks, however, only four songs were finalized to feature in the film after extensive rewrites of the story during the COVID-19 lockdown.[3] The soundtrack will include several instrumental tracks being bundled with the film songs before its release.[4] As of March 2022, two songs were released as singles from the album. The first single from the album, titled "Arabic Kuthu" released on 14 February 2022, coinciding with Valentine's Day.[5][6] The song set the record for the most-viewed and liked South Indian song within 24 hours.[7] The second single, "Jolly O Gymkhana" was released on 19 March 2022.[8] The third single, "Beast Mode" was released on 8 April 2022.

When Thalapathy 65 was first announced by Sun Pictures,[9] S. Thaman officially revealed his interest in composing for the film, after his revelation in an interview given to a Telugu news channel.[10][11] Vijay too appreciated his recent Telugu musicals, including Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo (2020), where he was lauded for the songs and film score.[12] But, the director, A. R. Murugadoss who was initially roped in for the project,[13][14] was ousted by Sun Pictures in October 2020, as the director refused to cut down his remuneration,[15][16] thereby leading to Thaman's exit. In November 2020, Anirudh Ravichander who worked in the Vijay-starrer Master, insisted Nelson to direct the film,[17] as Anirudh had worked in Nelson in Kolamaavu Kokila (2018) and Doctor (2021).[18] With Sun Pictures announcing the project officially on 10 December 2020 with Nelson as the director,[19] Anirudh too confirmed his inclusion in the project,[1] continuing his association with the director and also working with Vijay for the third time.[20]

The album for Beast was initially reported to have five songs and six theme tracks,[21] but the number of songs were being reduced to four, due to the changes in the storyline, and the rest of the tracks will be instrumentals used in the film's background score.[22] Three of the tracks were picturised on Vijay and Pooja Hegde, including a romantic single.[21] Three instrumental themes were based upon the actor and the lead antagonists of the film. Media reports had claimed that a track was composed in the Arabic music genre (later deciphered as "Arabic Kuthu"), which had vocals by Anirudh himself and features lyrics in Tamil and Arabic languages;[23] the track, written by Sivakarthikeyan, is a fusion of Arabic music and Kuthu (a type of Tamil folk music) as the name of the track.[24][25]

The audio rights of the film will be retained by the production company itself; initially Sony Music India planned to acquire the rights for the album which did not happen, citing Sun Pictures' decision on not tying-up with music labels.[34] The music album of Beast, along with Sun Pictures' upcoming film productions, will be released on the company's newly registered home label.[35] All the lyrical and video songs from the album will be released in the official YouTube channel of Sun TV.[35]

Step into the enchanted world of Broadway's classic, Disney's Beauty and the Beast, an international sensation that has been produced in 37 countries worldwide. Based on the Academy Award-winning animated feature, the stage version includes all of the wonderful songs written by Alan Menken and the late Howard Ashman, along with new songs by Mr. Menken and Tim Rice. The original Broadway production ran for over thirteen years and was nominated for nine Tony Awards, including Best Musical.

But, one of the reasons the animated version did so well was its soundtrack. It created some of Disney's all-time greatest hits, and redoing those songs was always going to be a challenge. However, it's something that this movie handled very well, all while adding a couple of excellent new additions at the same time. But, which song was best?

This was one of the newer songs that was added in for the live-action, giving the character of Maurice a song to sing. In comparison to the other numbers in the movie, this one is very calm and relaxed, and it actually feels very stripped back and almost bare.

Because of that, it isn't quite as catchy and memorable as some of the other songs, and it doesn't stand out as much. Still, there's no denying that the emotion of the song really punches through, which is the ultimate goal with this one.

There's no denying that Audra McDonald has got an incredible voice, and that much is on display during this new song that is added to the live-action movie. However, it doesn't really fit the tone of the movie when compared to the rest of the music that makes up this soundtrack. This is a very operatic moment, and it certainly showcases her fantastic vocal ability. However, in terms of the movie, it's one of the least memorable songs.

It's impossible not to sing along with this song, simply because it is a Disney classic and one of the greatest songs the company has created. However, it is because of that nostalgia that this song works in this movie, as this particular version isn't anywhere near as good.

Ewan McGregor is a fantastic singer, but, when his French accent is added into the mix, this version just doesn't hit at the same level as its original counterpart, and it ends up being one of the weaker songs in the movie.

Another of the original songs that made its return here, this song is a very important one in the story, and the live-action version of the movie handled that very well. The performances are brilliant, and it really does showcase the changing personalities of Belle and Beast.

It's a fantastic song that really does work perfectly within this movie, and Emma Watson's version of it is just as enjoyable, which certainly allows it to be one of the best songs within this movie overall.

Out of all the new songs that were put into the live-action version of the movie, "Evermore" is comfortably the strongest. Giving the Beast his own solo song was an excellent decision, really showcasing the heartache he feels after letting Belle go, accepting his fate to remain in that physical state forever.

Then, when Luke Evans comes in with his incredibly strong vocals, the song only goes to the next level. It's not easy to take classic songs and actually make them better, but this particular version really does enhance the song, especially with the musical breakdown in the middle, which creates a fantastic moment in the movie.

Disney has made some of its movies into Broadway Musicals. One of these musicals is Beauty and the Beast. The movie, Beauty and The Beast, is a story about loving someone who is not beautiful with an intense storyline. Also, it has a controversial theory with the main character having Stockholm syndrome. Similar to the Anastasia story, both the musical and movie have similar songs, but the musical added more songs. However, the question still remains: Is the musical better than the movie or is the movie better than the musical?

It may sound a little mad, but both new songs were written specifically for Cristina Scabbia and Will Ramos in mind, before they had actually agreed to be in the game. It was definitely a gamble, and our nails took a hit in the weeks before the answers came in, but it paid off.
