HTLM Converter?

Hi I try to export my outline in a html file but keynote NF says that he can't find the html converter. What do I have to do ?

this is from the Keynote help file.
Exporting notes in HTML format seems to do nothing: When exporting notes as HTML
files, KeyNote uses a Microsoft HTML conversion library, “html32.cnv”. If this file is not
installed on your system, or not properly registered, the export procedure will fail with-
out displaying any error messages. This will be fixed in version 2.0.
