Feature request - improved support for media files (especially image formats)

Hi!

First off, thanks very much for updating work on this program! Your
work is very much appreciated, especially the multi-language support
feature.

Would it also be possible to have support for more multimedia types -
for instance, image options are currently limited - .bmp file sizes
are extremely large compared to .jpgs.

There's a program called KeepNote (http://keepnote.org/keepnote/) that
handles images more intuitively (you can actually copy paste an entire
webpage with the images included along with the text), but the
downside is that it loads rather slowly once the notes start to build
up. I've switched over to it because it neatly packages all my files
while maintaining their associations since you can attach files to
specific pages. As I do some transcription work, this means I can
attach each audio clip of an interview to its transcribed page of text
- everything can be neatly filed away.

It would be nice to have something similar in KeyNote, but I
understand that this is all being done on a volunteer basis, so even
if you don't want to work on it, thanks at least for the multi-lingual
support!
