[PATCH] "start focused" support

Hi,

I hacked keynav to add "focused" option to "start" command.
"start focused" activates keynav with the grid
which is specified with current focused window.
Please apply this patch.

This keybinding should have the same effect as your patch, with no code changes:

ctrl+apostrophe start,windowzoom
