We Bare Bears Hibernation Full Episode

The episode starts with the Bears visiting a bookstore. Grizzly is seen looking at various foods available, Ice Bear reads through a book about hatchets, and Panda attempts to look through the Teen Romance section. However, in fear of being caught by other customers passing by, he flees into the Nature aisle, where he frantically grabs a book. Finding out that it's a book about pandas, he calls his brothers over, and Ice Bear finds a book about polar bears, the two reciting facts from the books. Feeling left out, Grizzly quickly searches for a book about grizzlies, where he finds a children's book describing grizzlies going through hibernation. Despite Panda's disapproval and the fact that it's January, Grizzly is set on hibernating.

The Bears proceeded to stock up on food, and throughout the day, Grizzly gorges himself on as much food as possible, to the point where he steals food from his brothers a number of times. After making a massive mess, he decides that he is full enough for hibernation. He then proceeds to horde soft objects from around the house, taking towels, pillows, and mattresses from around the house, including a body pillow belonging to Panda named Miki-chan, piling them up in the living room to practice for hibernation. His brothers, now annoyed, begin to protest and attempt to persuade Grizzly to stop, but out of frustration, Grizzly instead hauls as much as he can to a shack outside of the cave. After spreading out the pillows into a large pile, he sets an alarm for June and then attempts to sleep. However, he finds himself unable to sleep, constantly tossing and turning.

After a while, Grizzly gives up on trying to fall asleep, ready to head back to the cave, until he hears a voice telling him not to leave. He turns, confused, and looks inside the book, finding the grizzly bear, known as Little Bear, inside come to life. Little Bear then pulls Grizzly into the book and leads him through it, telling him how important hibernation is and insists on Grizzly following through with it. He allows Grizzly to eat several different foods and tells him nothing is stopping him from doing so. Grizzly gets excited, deciding to go through with hibernation. However, after learning that the book ends prematurely with the bear not waking up, Grizzly grows frantic at the fear that his brothers won't be there for him again after he wakes up. He runs back through the book in a panic as he tries to escape, while Little Bear begins to lecture him, telling him that his brothers would just laugh at him if he went back to them. However, Grizzly is persistent and finally decides that he doesn't actually want to be special as he'd been insisting before. With this revelation, the book closes around him.

Panda and Ice Bear soon wake up Grizzly, comforting him as he grows aggressive in trying to find the little grizzly bear. But the two then reveal to him that he'd been delirious and show him a video that they had recorded of him running around the shack with the body pillow on his head. After asking Grizzly if he is unable to speak, he grows withdrawn and is unable to properly tell them, so they decide to let him resume sleeping. Grizzly quickly shouts for them not to leave. Panda then offers to head out of the shack for fresh air, which Grizzly agrees to. The Bears sit outside with the body pillow and enjoy the night. Grizzly decides that just being with his brothers is special enough for him, hugging them tightly before Panda takes back his body pillow from Grizzly.

Grizzly tries hibernating, but can't fall asleep.Tropes:

• Art Shift: Grizzly's dream is in the style of the "Good Night Grizzly" picture book illustrations.
• Balloon Belly: Grizz has a belly twice its normal size after eating everything he can find to prepare for hibernation.
• Companion Cube: "Miki-chan", Panda's anime girl body pillow.
• Covers Always Lie: The synopsis for the episode says that Chloe told Grizz about hibernating when in the actual episode, Grizz finds out about it through a book with his name called "Good Night Grizzly" and Chloe doesn't appear at all. Justified, as the synopsis was most likely created for an earlier version of the episode.
• I Just Want to Be Special: The plot starts when Panda and Ice Bear find books full of interesting facts about themselves and Grizzly feels left out. The only book he can find about grizzlies is a baby picture book titled "Good Night Grizzly", which is where he learns about hibernation, and decides to try it out because it's something that his brothers don't do.
• Portal Book: Grizzly dreams that he is sucked into the picture book.
• Shown Their Work: While stating facts from a book on pandas, Panda refers to pandas as carnivores. Despite pandas having a mostly herbivorous diet, their digestive system is actually better suited for eating meat which would classify them as true carnivores.
• Many of the bear facts stated in the episode, namely pandas having a tough lining in their throats as protection from bamboo splinters.

"When Grizz comes home with a live crab, he thinks it can become a pet for the brothers to share. However, after the crab pinches Ice Bear's ear and won't let go, Panda and Grizz have to get their injured brother to the hospital, and fast!"

We Bare Bears have been going on a good continuity streak recently with the return of Chloe in My Clique and now the return of Charlie the Bigfoot in the recent episode Brother Up where Panda accidentally scares off some vicious wolves and becomes the top bear on the bear stack, taking the spot of 'older brother' to Grizz's dismay and Panda acting bossy in turn of it. Also, more Korean cultural diversity with the karaoke scene and how Grizz was insulted in said language. I really like the mock Eye of the Tiger song during the wolfstack vs bearstack battle along with the battle itself and the end where Ice Bear finally gets on top with all of them in a frozen meat locker.

A bit late, but gonna talk about Occupy Bears first where their house is threatened to be demolished by a city construction crew and try to save it while revealing some backstory about the bears' first arrival to the big city especially of how they found their cave home. I really like Ice Bear's attempt to distract and protest the workers with the angry face sign. Not to mention the reaction to the run down apartment with Ice Bear shocked to see the thing in the freezer. Also, the scenes at the end that lead up to the picture on the cellphone was really heartwarming too.

Panda's Sneeze is all about, well, Panda's sneeze being the next cutest internet viral thing that Panda doesn't like and wants to be cool instead while Nom Nom tries to get back on the cute top by having Panda to lose in the Cute Off. Not to mention a subplot involving Ice Bear building a robot clone that had great payoff in the end with the robo bear hugging the koala and trashing the trophy. Also, I could see an influx of FNAF fan-work/memes from a mile away with the dark stage scene with red robotic eyes of the clone peering from the shadows.

The art they post at the Tumblr page everytime a new episode comes up is great. Today it's time for some baby bears in "The Road" This episode is based on a comic of the old "Three Bare Bears" comic (In fact the preview is based on it)

I'm bumping this topic because 19th will be the turn of "Hibernation", the episode that, according to Daniel Chong, will be the last of "Season 1a", then the date of the airing of the second half will be announced later.

Panda shows a bit more of his anime/weeaboo side when he reads manga while eating Pocky with his full body pillow/dakimakura, which totally caught me off guard when I first saw it yet still pretty funny.

A half hour special that is focusing on their pet crab Craboo from the episode Emergency. As Ice Bears kinda warms up to the little guy as he becomes part of the family, the bear brothers' bond with the crab is threatened after it pinched Nom Nom on the ears, taken to court and they all become fugitives because of it. Liked the part with Panda playing guitar on his phone and how they actually locked up a crab in prison. Ice Bear really shines in this one too.

Being a grizzly bear, he is familiar with the forest area the Bears live in. He is the leader of the three and is seen as such. He tries his best to do what's right for both the benefit of him and his family, but he can sometimes get carried away. Growing up without his guardians, much like his brothers, he grew up trying to be a model big brother.

Grizzly is an anthropomorphic grizzly bear. His entire body is completely covered in brown fur. Grizzly is in the middle in terms of height, being taller than Panda and shorter than Ice Bear. His eyes are black and so is his nose. He is the loudest one so he is very talkative, and he really likes to eat.

Grizzly acts as and is seen as the leader to his two brothers. Out of the three bears, he stands out the most and sets good examples for them. He's almost always optimistic and gluttonous. He loves to make friends, enjoying attention and generally being very social and friendly. Grizzly wanted to be internet famous in the episode "Viral Video", but he gave up on it, finding he wouldn't have the time to spend with his friends. Even though he had discovered this unfortunate revelation, from time to time, he will still attempt to become internet famous, however in his own way.

Despite appearances and behavior, Grizzly is shown to be fairly knowledgeable about some things as to help guide his brothers if they need help. A small example of this can be seen in the beginning of "Brother Up" when he's taking his brothers out for exercise and in the end where he knows exactly what to do to fend off the wolves.

He loves his brothers and would take a bullet for them. In "Our Stuff", when the Bears found themselves in trouble, Grizzly stated they would go through the hardship together. He is the most outgoing and proactive of his brothers.
