1. Select "Sarathi Service" and fill the details

2. An OTP will be sent to the mobile number attached to the LL.

3. Enter the OTP and Confirm

4. A table will appear with the details of test dates and slots available at the concerned office

5. Select the date and slot and confirm.

6. Your appointment confirmation letter will appear on screen.

Give the following details

1 LL application number

2. Date of birth

3. Passwordnow enter 'Login'Start answering questions . The candidate will have 30 seconds to answer each question. Total questions 50 nos out of which 30 should be answered correct.

When an application is submitted to the office , SMS will be sent to the mobile of the applicant with application number.The current status will be sent to the mobile number of the applcant as SMS after the appliction is approved. 1. Through Dealer Login , dealer staff will make entry of owner details after fetching the details from the homologation portal, and marks the option as Fancy Number for those applications that need to reserve a number, there by generating an application number.

2. Through Dealer login dealer staff will verify the recorded entries and will upload documents, including Form 20, From 21, Form 22, Address Proof, Inspection certificate and Disclaimer

3. Dealer staff then makes the payment for New registration fees cess and tax online.

4.Whille making the payment , applications where the option marked as Fancy Number , temporary registration will be auto approved upon successful transaction.

5. After payment of New registration fees cess and tax , number can be reserved through www.mvd.kerala.gov.in - Fancy/Choice number

3. Upon payment of Temporary registration application , concerned office staff will verify the application and then approve the application , thereby generating Temporary registration number for the application

1. Upon Successful transaction of New registration fees cess and Tax , inspecting officer will alott registration number. For registration of vehicles after obtaining temporary registration from other state , the vehicle needs to be produced before the inspecting officer.

2. Inspecting Officer then forward the online application to the verifying officer after alotting the registration number.

3. Verifying officer after verification forwards the online application to the approval officer.

4. Approval Officer after verification approves the online registration application.

5. Print of Registration Certificate is then taken and sent it to the registered owner by post

1. Complete the purchase of the vehcile from an authorised dealer and request them to complete the dealer side application process and payment of fees and tax.

2. An application number will be generated for the new registration and a reciept of payment of tax and fees will also be generated.

3.Ensure that all the documents are properly scanned and submitted by the dealer to avoid rejection from office.

4. The status of the application can be checked any time using the application status window of vahan. You can know the present status of your application in this menu. in case the application is complete the officer will allot a registration number which will also be displayed on the above page.

3.After loging in click on number selection menu on top menu bar

4.Choose the office in which the vehicle is to be registered

5.Select a number from the listed number or search a number of choice in the box below the table and check availability

6. Select the number by checking the ox and click on contnue to register option

7. In the bidder registration page enter the application number recieved from your dealer/office.Enter the other required details including bank account detail and click submit to move to online payment page

.8.On succesful payment a Unique Acknowledgement Number and paymen reciept will be generated

.9 . The number will be available for other interested users. In case of single booking the number will be allotted and in case more than one booking an online auction in conducted to determine the winner.

2.Login using the same user name and password used for booking the number.

3.In the auction services menu select bidding process to open the biding process page.

4.Select the unique acknoledgement number from the drown down to display the current auction status. The current highest bid and your last bid which be shown along with options to increase your bid.

5.The highest bidder at the end of the action time will be the winner. A message will be send to the successful bidder.

6. The number will be allotted after the bidder remits the balance amount online.

2.Login using the same user name and password used for successful auction of the number.

3.In the auction services menu click on the balance amount payment option to move to pay balance amount window.

4.Select the Unique acknowledge number for the sucessfull bid to display the details including balance to be remitted.

5. Click on the pay online option to complete the transaction. A recipet will be generated on sucessfull completion of the transaction.

Type the Registration number of the vehicle and last five digits/chars of Chassis number and click on 'Verify Details Button' to proceed and Submit. Click on the payment button to complete the Green tax payment . A receipt will be generated on successful completion of the transaction.

Visit >> Citizen Corner >> Vehicles > > Select State as Kerala >> Select the office. >> Select Other Services >> Apply for Permit. Type the Registration number of the vehicle and click on Proceed. Type the last five digit/char of the Chassis number. Generate OTP to the registered mobile number by clicking on the button. Enter the OTP. A new page with various services of Permit will appear. Select Temperory permit service and proceed for application submission. Then proceed for online payment.

Visit >> Citizen Corner >> Vehicles > > Select State as Kerala >> Select the office. >> Select Other Services >> Apply for Permit. Type the Registration number of the vehicle and click on Proceed. Type the last five digit/char of the Chassis number. Generate OTP to the registered mobile number by clicking on the button. Enter the OTP. A new page with various services of Permit will appear. Select Special permit service and proceed for application submission. Then proceed for online payment.

Type the last five digit/char of the Chassis number. Generate OTP to the registered mobile number by clicking on the button. Enter the OTP. A new page with various services of Permit will appear. Select Fresh permit service and proceed for application submission. Then proceed for online payment.
