Moving to another Mac, trying to re-enter my license key.
I give the filename to the license screen and KM doesn't respond.
No error, but the "Name" and "Email" fields remain greyed out.
Any ideas?

Thanks,
Jon

Hey Jon,

Did you get this resolved?  I can't think of anything that would cause this.

Try the latest beta build and see if it fixes things:

Still no good.  Latest beta doesn't resolve license file issue
+ also my keymandorc.rb now is invalid.  Reverting to 1.2.3.
About a week left on the trial license...

Could you gist your keymandorc.rb so I can take a look?

It has some client-specific code so I'd have to edit it.
I don't mind staying at 1.2.3, or temporarily suppressing
my rc so I can debug the license issue against the beta.
I'm more worried about the license. :-)

(If this takes a while perhaps you could mail me via LinkedIn re
how to reset the 30-day eval period, since I've already paid; thanks.)
