Any chance you'd be willing to send me you config file so I can run it through my build.
As a heads up, Kev and I are working on a complete re-arch of the program. Don't have config parsing in yet, but it is already proving that it is going to be more stable.
That being said. My current dev build of Keymando has been running solid for over a year, and I have a very involved config section set up.
