Yosemite crashes & config bugs

Hi,

I've been forced to upgrade my laptop to 10.10.3, no going back unfortunately.  I have the beta build off keymando.com and have noted these issues; are there any fixes / workarounds available?

• reload() no longer works, it's an undefined method; must reload from the menu
• there is no feedback for a successful reload
  
• configuration file syntax errors cause crashes
• when keymando is restarted it forgets the configuration locations; these must be reentered via Setup every time
• mapped-key sequences are randomly ignored, must be entered two or three times

Hey Jonathan,

The devs provided me with an alpha feed a while ago-- I believe the version up there is more recent than the beta build posted on the website:

http://alpha.keymando.com/releases

This version is still somewhat buggy, but it doesn't have all the issues you describe. I'm not sure about reload() since I don't use it, but I don't need to reset my config file location and I don't have problems with randomly ignored mapped-key sequences. I'm on Yosemite 10.10.4. Hope this helps.

Hi Sean, thanks for the assist.
Unfortunately the alpha .dmg has all the same issues, except that config file errors silently fail instead of causing crashes.

Hey Jonathan,

Any chance you'd be willing to send me you config file so I can run it through my build.

As a heads up, Kev and I are working on a complete re-arch of the program. Don't have config parsing in yet, but it is already proving that it is going to be more stable.

That being said. My current dev build of Keymando has been running solid for over a year, and I have a very involved config section set up.
