How to unmap a port

Hi list,

Hope all are well. I am trying to dynamically repatch my kit so was wondering how to deactivate a midi (portmap,inone,chan4,outtwo) ?

The situation is I am having to turn Merge back on so I need to temporarily unmap the other ports. I guess I could close the input but that would affect all channels. I guess I am looking for a patch to NULL for a particular channel.
