I've just heard back from Viaplay support (the email address is suppo...@viaplay.com). I've told them lots of us are experiencing the same problem but I think the more people that tell them that then the quicker it might get fixed.

It's on all boxes when watching Scottish football since the branding change from Premier to viaplay. Its like ghosting on a satellite feed. Its on 3 different boxes with 3 different setups simultaneously.
