TheLeaside Baseball Camp operates weekly throughout the summer at Howard Talbot Park near Eglinton and Bayview Avenues in Leaside, Toronto. Elite Camp also operates at Grit Athletics at 53 Laird Dr.

Leaside Baseball Summer Camp will offer three camp programs based on age and baseball experience to better customize the experience for your child. Whether campers want to learn how to field a ground ball, run the bases, or hit a homerun, our experienced staff will help them reach their goals.

The emphasis is on fun, and includes lots of non-baseball programming as well, so this is a great option for kids new to baseball camp, or any kind of summer day camp. Baseball fundamentals will be introduced and reinforced but blended with general camp games and activities.

For these campers with advanced experience, the program is tailored to provide elite skill development through tenured instruction, high repetitions, and overall baseball immersion. It is designed to develop individual hitting, pitching and fielding skills; strength and general conditioning; as well as promote holistic development, good sportsmanship, leadership, teamwork, and respect for opponents.

We have an exceptional staff of former elite and university baseball players, professional coaches, and high-energy, experienced counselors to teach and mentor your children. Staff are Standard First Aid- and CPR-certified, and adult staff have gone through a National Background Check.

Our goal is to ensure your child has a positive experience at camp and develops the baseball skills to reach their athletic and sportsmanship goals. Our instruction and activities have been prepared to meet the developmental stages of our camper age and experience groups.

We take the dangers of overexposure to the sun very seriously. We will provide breaks throughout the day for shade, water refills, and sunscreen application, and the campers will also get to cool off in the sprinkler. On some days, there is also an option to go to the Splash Pad, located 150 metres from the clubhouse. Campers should bring a bathing suit, towel, change of clothes, and water shoes to participate.

The Leaside Baseball Association provides an opportunity for players in Leaside and the surrounding community to develop their skills and passion for baseball by offering a wide spectrum of quality baseball instruction and programming.

We are located at Howard Talbot Park in Toronto, the home of the Leaside Baseball Association and the Leaside Leafs! The field is southeast of Bayview Avenue and Eglinton Avenue East. Isaac Lue joins Leaside Baseball Camp and brings a lifetime of baseball experience.
