What are some suggestions for dealing with deliquent or suspended
clubs who haven't paid their dues?

Hello, what I do is contact the Lt. Governor and tell them what clubs are un-paid. Then from there I usually contact the club. What I find is that most clubs just need some information on how to do it or need to be reminded to send them in!
