Hey fellow minute takers!
My name is Kari Nelson and I with the NE-IA Key Club District Board.
I was wondering if you guys had any recommendations or ideas for
formatting the Directory. We didn't have one last year so I don't
have too much to go off of.

Hey,
I'm Angie Nguyen from Indiana District. I'm using excel, but I got the
layout from my previous board. The layout is kind of confusing, but it
works for me.

This is a link to the way that I have right now. It's called subtotal
and level in excel I believe. Give it a shot. Each subtotal is a
division that has a whole bunch of schools in each division. So each +
has a name for the Division and click on the + to have all the schools
within that division. Hope that helps you!

Hey, I'm Matt from the Michigan District. I made mine on mostly
Microsoft Word. I created a template with three columns, each club has
a column with their information. Unfortunatly this meant I had to save
each page individually and combine them as PDF's. I actually just
turned mine in yesterday for approval. Let me know if you have any
