Keycloak logout page not translate

Hi, I am using keycloak version 20.0.1. The  issue I am facing is when I wrote query param as kc_locale=language_code at the logout confirmation page url, it does not translate the language accordingly. 
The reason why I am doing this is because we try to switch language at keycloak level and preserve it into the actual application. this by far is working using cookie. however, when I click logout button, it will redirect me to logout confirmation page and the language of this page is according to what has been set in user attribute instead of browser's cookies. I do need help on this ASAP, as this logout page only that is getting my way.
