Failed to initialize keycloak with response code 403

Hi I has deployed apisix gateway in front of keycloak. 

I forwarded request header following documents  https://www.keycloak.org/server/reverseproxy#configure-the-reverse-proxy

This is my header setting 

-  "X-Forwarded-For": "$remote_addr",

- "X-Forwarded-Host": "$host",

- "X-Forwarded-Proto": "https",

- "X-Real-IP": "$remote_addr"

But I still stuck with this error in account console.

Any advice ?

Is there a working basic Docker compose for Nginx reverse proxy?

Code215 has a nice example, but accessing the Account Console results in this same problem.
