Hi All,

Since recently, we started analysis on adapting Keycloak for User Identity and Management tool in our organization. As part of this, we would like to understand how to segregate the Prod and Non Prod environments.

Do we have any licensed version of Keycloak or is it just the community version of it which we need to deploy on our servers?

I would really appreciate if someone can enlighten us on the what is the industry standard to adopt Keycloak at enterprise level.

Thanks,
Santhosh

If you need enterprise support, Redhat SSO sells a commercial version of Keycloak:

https://access.redhat.com/products/red-hat-single-sign-on

There are also a number of companies and consultants that provide support.

Some open source projects list commercial support vendors. I don't immediately see one for Keycloak.

Interestingly, it doesn't show up at https://www.openlogic.com/supported-technology?field_integration_weight_value=All&page=11 but we do support keycloak. I'm not a sales person, so if you have a query in that regard, just fill out the form.

As far as the industry standard, I'm not really sure what you mean. keycloak is a Red Hat project, so I suspect their support is very good. I have never used their support, so I don't know how it compares to ours in any respect. Like Red Hat, we are a US company, so we would have the same export restrictions for Iran, etc. I'm not aware of any other vendors, but I would anticipate others exist.
