Request for Access to Keycloak Project Data

Dear Keycloak Customer Support,

I am reaching out regarding an issue I have encountered with a project I commissioned a developer to create. Unfortunately, my experience with this developer has been extremely frustrating as they were unable to deliver a fully functional project. Now, I find myself in a difficult situation because all of my app's dependencies are tied to Keycloak, and I no longer have full access to it.

I currently have the secret key and other critical environment variables for my application stored in Keycloak, but I am unable to authenticate and access the data. The following details are from my production environment configuration:

Since I do not have access to Keycloak, I am now stuck and unable to proceed with any development or modifications. The developer I hired has not provided any support or updates, and I am left without a solution.

Therefore, I kindly request your assistance in providing access to my Keycloak instance so that I can view the database and user data stored within. If possible, I would also like to schedule a short meeting with your technical support team to help resolve this matter. It would be greatly appreciated, as everything is currently dependent on Keycloak, and without access, I am unable to move forward.

Do you have access to keycloak using admin credentials ?

Alternatively do you have the realms ?
