User sessions not visible in web admin interface

Hi all,

I am new to keycloak, so I might be missing something simple. We are using keycloak 2.6.25 together with privacyIDEA (2FA).

Basically all is working fine, when users login on gitlab (SSO) for example, I see a session entry in the admin interface on the keycloak servers.

The problem: after some time (a few hours), the session disappears from list (also from the session list of the user and of the client), although our session lifetime is much longer.

Indeed, the session is still active, as I can sign out of gitlab and re-login (SSO), without the need to provide credentials, but I cannot see the session on the keycloak server anymore (even after re-login to gitlab).

It appears that the session is still there, but not visible in the admin interface.

It would be great if someone could shed some light on this, in case that I do not understand this behavior properly.
