Single-Logout not clearing the user session in Keycloak

Greetings.

We have setup a Identity Provider in Keycloak with SAML 2.0 protocol and got the SSO integration done with an external IDP. We have configured the SLO property in Keycloak's IDP configuration. Whenever a user from this realm tries to logout, the user session in Keycloak is not cleared but the user is logged out from the external IDP. Kindly advise.
