Keycloak user creation

When a new user try to login from google, it automatically creates a new user in keycloak realm.

How to disable new user creation / Verify the emailid if is present in the users list?
How to show error as User not found?

So in the first broker login under Authentication flow you can disable or remove that step.

And for ---Verify the emailid if it is present in the users list?

You might need to create a custom separate conditional step and use that in the first broken login authentication flow. Check if this helps
