Multi realms and multi tenancy

Hello group,

could someone give me more information about when and why should I use different realms?

I found also this example with multi tenants: https://github.com/keycloak/keycloak/tree/master/examples/multi-tenant

However, I think this you can achieve also with one realm and different clients.

What are the dis-/advantages to use different realms / tenants?
