Keycloak returns 500 for a user until they are impersonated

Hello,

I am running Keycloak 25.0.4 and I also have experienced this issue with 25.0.2. We are using a custom user federation connection and I notice that some users can't login with our current auth flow (returns 500) until I impersonate the user in the Keycloak admin panel. Then I don't have any issues getting logged in with the user. We have another keycloak instance (test) that does not have the same issue. Is this potentially a user caching issue, or something else? I have walked through things a few times and can't reproduce the issue consistently in my dev environment.
