We are unable to access any of our DevOps tools on Global DevOps platform. Getting following "Error - We are sorry - An internal server has occured"Please find the below screenshot

Please find the following ERRORS occurred in key-cloak events caputred during the incident took place.

We wanted to know the RCA for the following events and how could we prevent this incident shouldn't happened again.
