Keycloak support for SAML 1.1 to connect Microsoft Exchange

We have set Keycloak as the Identity provider for our enterprise, we have successfully enabled SSO for our internal and cloud applications.
The only service that we have been unsuccessful in adding has been our Microsoft Exchange, which uses SAML 1.1 and does not support SAML 2.0, I would like to know is there an adaptor or a token exchange possibility in Keycloak to provide support for SAML 1.1 and translate this token to SAML 2.0 or OIDC?

Same issue exists with M$ Sharepoint, it only supports SAML 1.1
It is legacy stuff, but still fairly common use case.
I tried to look for middle ware to converts from/to SAML 1.1 to OIDC or SAML 2.0 but so far I have not been able to find anything.
