Hi,
We use Keycloak as an IDP for ADFS via SAML, which itself is the IDP for Entra ID.
I noticed something weird today:
Normally, Exchange asks for reauthentication every now and then. Then usually you enter username/password and then 2FA.
But today, on iOS, I got something like the screenshot attached:
