Hi All,
Sharing the announcement here that we (Phase Two) have launched dedicated clusters for our Keycloak managed service product. About 9 months ago, we launched free, shared deployments (Realms), and we had about 700 signups for testing and small production use cases. From that, we had a large demand for isolated resources, which is why we built out a dedicated offering. Please see our blog post for more information on the announcement: https://phasetwo.io/blog/dedicated-launch/
In addition to the standard Keycloak distribution, our hosted offering includes several extensions that enable multi-tenancy, webhooks/events, magic links, organization and account consoles, identity provider wizards, and much more. For more details please see our GitHub and product pages on our website.
Dedicated clusters are currently available in 2 AWS regions, and we'll add more AWS and GCP regions as we grow. We partnered with Cockroach Labs for managed database service. Phase Two is the only provider that is capable of hosting the current Keycloak distribution (the "legacy" store) using CockroachDB. On the heels of this release, we'll be using CockroachDB to launch multi-region clusters starting at the end of Q3.
We hope this will be helpful to members of the Keycloak community that are looking for a turn-key, hosted solution. As always, happy to be part of this community, and excited to give back!
Thanks,
Garth
