Is it possible to get group information in access token

I am not able to get Group name under ID/Access token claims.  Please let me know how it is possible or provide me some reference where I can read out in more details.

You need to add the Group Membership mapper to your client , see here https://www.keycloak.org/docs/latest/server_admin/index.html#_protocol-mappers.
