User Attribute condition in authentication flows

I am wanting my users to enter an email address and if it is from a specific domain forward them to Google idp...can I use the User Attribute condition to achieve this? Would I put the value in the *@mydomain.com format or can I just use mydomain.com and will it search within the email address for that? Or can that only be used for exact values?

Also, how do I get the IDP to load on the email entry if true and the password field to load if false?
